100kg when he is fully fit. He said one time he went up to 275lbs (19.5 stone) when he was off boxing for a while (think when he went to jail)

He is 100kg when he is fully fit, the thing is how does he get down to that.

How does anyone get down weight? Thru training, more training and good lifestyle. Mike is 5 feet 11 and at his peak in his early 20s he was weighing under 16 stone. He usually came in 215-220 lbs. Now, as he got older it obvioulsy got tougher to maintain that peak weight. Remember, at that weight, he was pure soild muscle. He stops training and gets sent away and he can never regain that level of perfection.

A strong 100kg athlete running is not the same as a 100kg fat fella running, the muscles take lots of the strain where as in a big fat dude the fat does not help and the joints take a lot more pressure.
