    or would that not suit ... ??

    I usually just do a cream sauce. Fry some chopped onion and crushed garlic until soft. Add a splash of either chicken stock or white wine. Reduce. Add cream. Reduce. Add shrimp until heated through (assuming they're precooked). Serve with linguine. Simple and tasty.

    yup, would lean towards white wine rather than red when cooking fish although turbort poached in red wine is pretty amazing

    hehe thanks for asking, went well actually ... the onion got a little burnt
    before but was nice ... was kind of caramelised ...
    i chickened out with the wine and ended up using a bit of soy sauce ... was nice ...
