Circiut Court sentencing

About a year ago a guy was charged with a sexual offence in a Circuit court and the judge put off sentencing for a year. Where can I find if the sentencing hearing has come up/will come. I looked at courts.ie but cannot find it, its is not a Dublin court

Wont be on courts.ie. The first question is whether the identity of the guilty party was disclosed or not. If it was then you could try ringing the circuit court office. They are often reluctant to give out details like this and/or just don't have the time to bother with such enquiries but it is technically a matter of public record.

Otherwise (if identity not disclosed or if no one is willing to tell you) you'll have to just check newspapers and the like.
