Hey, I've been on JSB since finishing college in June and I've been offered promotions work for 4 weeks coming up to christmas. It's 9 - 5, 5 days a week. I've also just got my medical card in the post.

Do I have to go off JSB for the 4 weeks and then re-apply for JSB again afterwards or am I entitled to remain signed on and forgo my payments for those weeks. Also can I keep my medical card or do I lose it for working for 4 weeks?

You will likely have to sign off for the 4 weeks, but restarting your claim should not take as much time as getting it set up in the first place.

Also, you will likely keep your medical card.
