Not been motivated since last June/July to train so going to start my training log here today.
Want to spend the remainder of the year getting my mileage back up.
regarding racing i have not got anything planned but would like to get
ready to have a track season racing 800m and 1500m.
Going to keep a food diary/sleep/work ect as they all have a role to play in training and adjusting training to suit.

Best of luck thirsty. I'll be following this one as I too plan to have a good track season in paticular 800-1500 after hopefully coming of a good marathon base, so it might be a good idea for me to follow a more experienced fellow like yourself. Don't forget to give me a shout for a few runs.

Din't plan on running today due to the hamstring but after icing yesterday and today i couldn't resist.ran 55mins very easy(7miles)
going to take it day by day and not put pressure on myself.
Work is getting hectic again and Next Monday could be a big day for me work wise!!!
Hope to run a little more on grass as last few days have been on concrete,i must practise what i preach;)
The niggles seem to be part of my running of late,im hoping with patience and a steady increase of running and strength work i can combat these.
tommorow morning i will start to do some core training!!!
