    Hello,
Is it possible to get a PIR spotlight that will not be set off by a terrier in the garden, even though the PIR covers all/part of the garden?

Yes, but only if you leave it switched off.

I know that alarm PIRs can be adjusted to only pick up certain size objects so that small animals won't be picked up. Might not be available for spotlights though.

That's what I'm thinking alright, just can't see a particular brand that does it...

You may have to buy them seperately, the PIR then the light.

Its certainly possible, as mentioned above, to get alarm PIR's that can be adjusted for height so as not to alarm with pets moving about the house.

It should be possible to buy a similar PIR for outdoor use.
Unfortunately, Ive no idea where you should start looking.
