Can anyone recommend a good beginners pilates class in Naas? Anyone know if these classes are any good?

    http://www.physiotherapyworks.ie/Pilates_Classes.aspx

Have heard there are lots of kinda phony yoga & pilates teachers out there so I just want to make sure I go to a decent class with a properly qualified and good instructor.

    All help appreciated!

I have done Pilates classes here and they are very professional. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
