Basic export settings for print

I have LR3 and I really like it, what I would like to know is there some basic settings for printing photos. As in should I export images as tiff 16bit sRGB/Adobe1998/proPhoto RGB/other ? Camera calibration ? ACR 4.4 or 2.2 or the other presets ? What I see on my screen can I get that image printed out the way I see it.…

While I understand I might not be able to untill I get my monitor calibrated is there anyway to get near or a sure fire way ?
