insurance dilema please help

my apartment is above a shop and unfortunately some idiots set the shop on fire. my apartment is absolutely destroyed with a lot of smoke damage. i have my own insurance but am i covered under the shops insurance.

You will need to claim off your own home insurance & then your insurer will then claim off the insurer of the shop. PM me on what you need to know.
