[Pc] Steam overlay not working??

    This has been bugging me for a while. Happened on MW and now MW2??

    File-> Settings->InGame-> (tick box) enable community in-game

    Bound to Shift + Tab.

    The overlay half comes on screen. Useless.

    Any ideas as I have exhausted google. Many threads but all unanswered.
