    So, I have a graph called fditax.eps in the folder where my tex file, etc are held.

    I am running these packages:
    \usepackage{graphicx}
    \usepackage{epsfig}

    and I am using this command environment:
    \begin{figure}[h]
    \begin{centering}
    \includegraphics[height=3in]{fditax}
    \end{centering}
    \end{figure}

    and latex is telling me that it cannot find 'fditax'.

    :confused:

    Don't you need the extension .eps ("fditax.eps") in \includegraphics[height=3in]{fditax}??
    Sometimes it works, for me without, other times it doesn't.:confused:

    Oh and Flamed, silly question, but do you have any text in the document?

    I've rarely had joy including .eps files. The easiest thing, I've found, is to convert them to JPG and run with it that way.

    what compiler are you running? the images you use depend on it. if you're using PDFlatex or pdftex then you can't use eps, only jpeg, png or pdf.
