I'm looking to get out of the country for a couple of years in Feb (give the hairshirt budget and doom'n'gloom a swerve) and will look to rent out my house.

I want to use one of those agents that does a full service - sources and vets tentants, collects rent, handles maintenance queries etc. I've dealt with a few in the past (as tenant) and there seems to be some pretty good ones out there - despite being pretty pricey.

Anybody got any recommendations?
