Ochsner Heat Pump High Pressure error

Does anyone have any idea what might cause this ? I get a "high pressure" fault on my HP several times a day and it just shuts down. CADRJR

Heat exchanger on heat pump possibly has scale build up and requires to be cleaned or High pressure switch may be faulty .
Your supplier can send out engineer?

Some basic info would be helpful, is it air or ground source? When was it installed and last serviced/maintained?
