Gufw firewall settings

Hi When setting the firewall rules for Gufw what are the main differences between Deny, Reject and Limit-That is what do each of these settings do? I want to stealth all my ports but want to remain visible enough to use firefox and bittorrent. How do i do this? Also this is annoying but there dosent seem to be info on this…

At the very least can someone please tell me how much protection having the firewall set to only default deny all will give? will it stealth my ports?
