Rib Eye Steak

I got some Irish Angus Rib Eye Steak in Aldi and i was wondering what's the best way to cook it, guys? Is it just the same as stirloin on this forum on another thread, do you need to tenderize it? Cook for a few minutes each side on a really hot pan with oil? Season afterwards?
