    I've been doing some more thinking,surprise surprise.:D
I've noticed that the Abrahamic Gods tend to embody a very stereotypical male attitude, all the negative aspects often associated with the male gender:Narcissistic,Jealous, capricious, misogynistic, egotistical, unempathic and homophobic.

Now the social results of this are obvious when we consider Islam,Judaism and-to a lesser extent-Christianity.

Pagan Gods and Goddesses are more female in nature while many of the Dharmic Deities are quite literally androgynous-Krishna ect.
So we see less of the hell fire and brimstone attitude in Buddhist countries also, and they tend to be more tolerant and respect women more than the desert dogmas.

Just some random thoughts. What do you think?

Just because a lie sits well with the social consciousness doesn't make it any more true.
Why put forward another lie when the truth will suffice ?
