Washing machine - AWM 1201 - softner is not being fed to the machine during the cycle

    Ive removed the drawer and cleaned it.

    Ive worked out its a siphon when water is added during the wash by the machine, this isnt happening.

    Anyone any ideas why this is happening or how to fix it?

    Have you washed out the syphon part itself?

    The top usually pulls off, making it easy to clean out gunk.

    Yes, Ive cleaned it out.

    The problem is the water that initiates the syphon via a tube is not happening during the cycle when its required.
