Situation is have just started 2nd year on back to work enetreprise and not going great TBH.... hard to find work. Anyway am currently renting a house (not Rent allowance) with partner and 2 kids, but I cant take it much longer as it is not working out. Anyway 2 years ago had a council house which I handed back after me and OH got together again, as it was too small and seemed like a good idea at the time

Would i be entitled in any way to rent allowance cause my income would in no way pay for it.....would the fact that I handed back a house go against me? Would I have to be renting 6 months before I acould claim? any help would be appreciated

Am weary of going to CWO as have not told my partner about my desire to leave
