My Beard is made wrong

I've been noticing it for *years* but its beginning to grate on me and im starting to wonder if anything can be done about this.

I guess growing up in my teens, my beard line sagged. Because now underneath my chin you can see the porthole where my mouth is supposed to go, my chin-hair makes up my moustache and my jawline is basically the cheekline you see in a normal beard.

I'll eventually reach the stage when I wont be able to stand it anymore. Im wondering if theres anything that can be done about it - either with a surgery or some kind of conditioning or whatever.

That's very odd. I assume the best thing to do would be to consult a dermatologist.

Nope, still can't picture it in my head. Can you send a pic or even a Paint.bmp to illustrate.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

I think what the OP is trying to say is that their "moustache" is at chin level, and there's a bald spot under the chin, which is what they're calling the "porthole where my mouth is supposed to go".

OP do you have a normal moustache/hair on your upper lip?

    I think so too

Goat, you just want to see pics in a "pics or shennagins" way lol

Overheal, I think that you have no hair on your upper lip/cheeks, with a beard on the lower half of your face/neck?
    Never ever heard of this.
Your doc might point you in the right direction but I would not be able to think of anything that could be done.

You doth protest too much. All gentlemen should be clean shaven daily. Beards suggest you have something to hide or worse still you're a lazy old codger.

Meanwhile let's get back to the topic in hand.

I think some people just don't have strong growth around the moustache but instead have it all along the cheek/jaw line and underneath the gin.

I think I've seen a picture of Overheal and his skin reminded me of a friend who'd never shaved at 19 so went to a doc and had tests taken...

Can't remember the prognosis and don't wanna get into the dodgy advice territory but seeing a doctor about it MIGHT be worthwhile?

Anyways, some people just don't have much growth for a moustache. I'd be one of those people and there's tonnes of blokes walking around with hair growth on the cheek and underneath the chin with little or nothing on the moustache line
