    Hi everyone,

    Yesterday I got my Damon braces fitted after thinking about it for a long time. Everywhere on the internet I looked all I heard was great things about this brace. It works faster, less visits to your dentist, far greater results achievable than conventional braces..

    Anyway they feel very sore right now, my teeth feel so tight, maybe its a good thing shows my teeth are moving. I havnt been able to eat anything since yesterday.

    Im just wondering has anyone used this brace, have you any tips on what not to eat??? Im worried I will break them if I try to chew.

    Obviously it goes without saying I will avoid peanuts,apples,crisps, anything with a hard bite I suppose...

    Has anyone used the Damon Braces before?
