    Hey guys.

    I looking into constructing an online forum where people pay to make say 100 posts and then after this their privlege to post expires.

    The people responding to these posts are selected people but all visitors to the site can read the original post and response.

    Would this be difficult to get someone to build?

    How much would it cost?

    What type of skillset would i need to look for to get someone to build this?
