Has anyone here been to a thai boxing gym in belfast?

    Hi everyone. I've been trying out a couple of different martial arts, but I'm thinking something more practical like thai boxing might be good. Anyone been to the one in belfast? I'm looking here, and there seems to be just the one in High street.

    that sthe only real good one there is, but theres also Jamie Crawford down in Chumsut just of at Saintfield, 15 mins drive from belfast, really easy to get to,

    Hi, The one in High Street is run by Frank McConville, he's an excellant instructor, call in and talk to him and give it a go, best may is to try it out for yourself.

    Class times are listed below with the exception of private classes which may be held at various times to suit teacher/student needs.

    Mon -1800-1900 - Fighters Training/Drills / 1900-2100 - Beginners & Basic Pads Class

    Tues - 1100-1300 private classes

    Wed - 1800-1900 - Fighters Training/Drills / 1900-2100 - Sparring Drills & Sparring

    Thurs - Private Afternoon Classes & Conditioning Training

    Fri - Private Afternoon Classes & Conditioning Training / 0700 -2100 Conditioing & Rounds

    Sat - 1100-1300 Private Classes / 1300-1500 - Conditioning & Rounds

    Sun - 1300-1500 Private Classes & Traditinal Thai Martial Arts

    Tomorrow night for me then.
