    Hi folks

I will, however be in carrickmines, so what i'm asking is can anyone reccomend anything in either lifestyle or that heatons/sportsworld place that would do the job? Thanks again.

You could try Halfords upstairs for flashing armbands

TK Max is always good for a rummage - can be a bit hit and miss.

Thanks guys. Got some reflective arm band yokes in halfords for a tenner. No joy in tk maxx, though. You're right, its totally hit and miss.
    thanks again.

3 or 4 weeks ago Aldi had armbands with red LEDs. They are great value at a fiver if they are still in stock. Can be effective for the bike also.

The €2 shops have vests with brilliant grey stripes. Couldnt beat them! Better than all the little flashing gadgets, which you dont see unless you are closer. If you wanted , you could always buy one and butcher it to use the reflective stripes on your own gear.
