Winter Swims

    Does anyone know if there are any Christmas day, Stephens day or New Yr's sea or lake swims going on in Meath, Westmeath or Louth this winter?

    always one at the diving board at lough owel on Christmas day. ring Mullingar pool to find out more. Usually one in Lough lene too. good crowds at both.

    I'll look into the one at lough lene - i've swam there before and it was lovely. The water was really clear and fresh!

    Saying that it wasn't in the middle of the winter so when I'm freezing of the cold I might not find it so 'lovely'!
