We are on an island where the inhabitants are either Knights or Knaves.
Knights always tell the truth and Knaves always lie.
You meet four natives | Zippy, Mary, Ed and Ruth. Here is what they
    say to you:
Zippy says, \Ed is a Knight or Ruth is a Knight"
Mary says, \Ed and Zippy are both Knights"
Ed says, \Ruth and I are Knights"
Ruth says, \Ed is a Knave"
What can you deduce about these natives?

    can anyone help?

    Could you share the answer?

My logic is as follows. Take Ruth, who says "Ed is a knave." Either she is lying or telling the truth.

If shes lying, Ruth is a knave and Ed is a knight, so what Ed says is true. But Ed says "Ruth and I are knights." Contradiction. So Ruth is a knight.

She tells the truth implies Ed is a knave.

Mary says, "Ed and Zippy are both Knights." This is wrong as Ed is a knave thus Mary is a knave.

Zippy says, "Ed is a Knight or Ruth is a Knight." True. Zippy is a knight.
