    Have a looky here

Don't think all models are covered though. The 2.0 TFSI FR with the DSG gearbox sounds very tempting at €25200

They're advertising for the Exeo yet still don't bother to put it on their price list or website, FFS:rolleyes:

<15k for the top Cordoba not bad. (top being relative here:P)

Can anybody clarify why the Leon 2.0L TDI FR 170 bhp is in tax band D, yet the golf GTD with the same engine and power etc manages to be only tax band B linky.
(And yet its still approx €6.5k more expensive!)

Does the Golf have a newer engine?

Dunno! But both are 2.0L 170bhp

For some reason I think the mark VI Golf has newer engines than the Leon. They possibly use the common rail diesels and the Leon don't. The next generation Leons will most likely get the new engines but I dunno when that will happen

Yep, the Leon's in stock in Seat have the 2.0 TDI 170 PD engine, producing 160 g co2. The new common rail engine, with the same power falls into band B with 139 g co2, but is not launched here dispite being out for a number of months in the U.K. The current price is an 8k discount on list

Must admit, the FR 20.T with the 200 bhp from the old Golf coupled with the DSG box for €25k is a great deal but road tax is wrong side of €1000 :(

Same as what i pay for my 2.0t vrs.
But that's pre 08 so the tax is based on engine size, if its an 08, 09 car then its tax is based on emissions so would be higher as the previous poster said.

mine is a late 08 model its emissions are 190g just barely falls into the band E bracket, still tho for the price of a 2010 its well worth it.

i stand corrected, i remember the emissions were 194 g co2 for the 2.0t with the dsg box, they must have pumped the tires up a bit to get it inside the band.

Great car for the price, I'd take one over a GTI anyday
