Just wonder, once you graduate, what does being an alumni mean? I know participation in clubs and soc is out :(, but like is could you still use the library or log into a computer on campus or go to college event such as a ball as a member?

Actually you have that the wrong way around.. i know a lot of DCU alumni still involved in clubs and societies all around campus, dcu have no problem with this it really just comes down to the club or soc..

Everything else you mentioned requires you to be a registered student of the current achademic year so unfortunately these are out..

If you are an alumnus you are entitled to use the library but you need to pay an annual membership fee. But members of the public with no connection to DCU can also become library members so in a sense the only real benefit (regarding the library) for an alumnus is a lesser fee. But you do not need to be a registered student of the current academic year to have access to the library.

I can't really understand why someone would want to be a member of a university society if they are no longer attending but I don't know what the situation is if someone wants to do that.
