Swf not loading on website

If you go to http://smartoffice.webhop.net/Default.aspx you'll see the flash banner displays a message to download the latest flash player even though we have it installed, I made the banner but have no access to the site to find out whats wrong, can someone have a look at the source code and see how I get around it .

First off, the HTML that embeds the movie is in a javascript block, which it shouldn't be. Also, the file you are linking to (http://smartoffice.webhop.net/smartofficebanner.swf) can't be found.

So remove the bits in bold, and make sure that the swf file is in the correct location.
