Sent my laptop off to Dell to be fixed but it came back with power charging problems?

Basically the battery doesn't charge. It needs to be constantly plugged in.

When I start up it says, "please connect a 65w or higher power supply to charge battery. Resetting the power adapter may fix this problem"

Any ideas how to do this before I send it back to those useless *****?

Look at your charger. Is it 65 watts?

    Send it back.

    This one's their fault.
