This course is designed for complete beginners or those with very little experience and will give you a grasp of the basics of bjj and you will then be able to jump straight in to the main classes of your choice.

Our 1st Beginners course finished last week with our beginners Freestyle wrestling course running for the next 4 weeks. The next beginners BJJ course begins at 6pm on February 8th. 60 euro for 10 1 hour lessons over 5 weeks plus a free tshirt and months regular training after the course.
