Hi,
Ive been looking for ages trying to find the ammendment to the road traffic act that provisional licence holders driving on their own will incur 1000 and 2000 euro fines and that they must be accompanied by a person who has held a full licence for 2 years and about having L plates up, i thought it wasintroduced last year but no info on irishstatutes.ie. Any help appreciated as i need to reference this for an assignment! Thanks
