Okay im going to:

Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast staying around beaches to surf.

Minimal driving... just need somewhere to store my stuff and camp from and take my awkward surfboard to the next beach when i move on.

Need the car to last me 8 weeks.

I dont qualify to rent a car.

I need to know what i need to do to buy a car, im assuming REGO, RWC.

Is there anything else i need to check for?

Would a 1000dollars get me going?

wht cant you rent a car? if you cant qualify on licence reasons then theres no way they will let you register a car

if the car already has rego do i need to still register it? I have a license, everything is in order, i just cant rent a car, i need to purchase instead.
