    hi folks , i just thought i should mention some great service i recieved at d.i.d. electrical , id bought a panasonic plasma there in march , (waterford branch) anyway it developed problems and it couldnt be repaired , so i got a credit note , i added a few quid to it and got a samsung 46b650 for a good price , took it home last friday very happy , but , good tv though it is , i realised by saturday lunchtime that i had made a mistake , lcd just isnt for me , so i phoned the store and explained my plight to <Snip> (assistant manager) , he was great about it , and offered me a panasonic 46g10 plasma instead , i had to add another few bob to get it , but it was a great price all the same , im very relieved not to be stuck with a tv that didnt suit me , i have my g10 sat in front of me now and it is great , credit where credit is due , d.i.d. will be getting any business i have in the future .....

    Glad you got sorted out and are hapy with your choice, very hard to beat a Panasonic plasma......;)
