the world cup dream is over. forget replays. it wont happen. and don't blame the french.....judging by the reaction of their major papers they are disgusted by how they got to the world cup.

but who i am pissed off with is henry. everyone saw him handle the ball. it certainly looked very deliberate. what pissed me off the most was the way he celebrated after they scored. he had his chance to come clean and he didnt. he didnt even look embarassed over the incident.

so i reckon hit him where it hurts. this guy gets paid millions from his sponsors. i have compiled a list with contact numbers and emails so you can express your displeasure with them:

    GILLETTE

    Consumer Relations Team
    Tel
    : 0800 085 0367 (UK)
    Tel : 1800 509 301 (Ireland)

    email their press officer

    Pgpress.im@pg.com

i contacted them already as Gillette are a major sposor of both Thierry Henry and the World Cup. you may remember this ad

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DGX72GOjHC4

well i reckon you are going to see alot more of thierry henry's face being used to promote gillette products now that France have qualified for the world cup

i called them up and asked them if they had any intention of removing this ad campaign from irish television. given the circumstances you'd imagine that they would be more than happy to do so. however they replied that they were more than happy to continue using his image in their campaign

    PEPSI

i couldn't find an irish number but here is an english one

    0044 (0)845 792 5537

and a link to their consumer info page

    http://www.pepsico.co.uk/our-company/consumer-information/consumer-enquiries

interestingly with henry he is featured quite prominently on their website

    http://www.pepsi.ie/

and in this link we see a really sickening photo of Henry towering over our irish heroes

    http://www.pepsi.ie/football.html

    REEBOK

number and address for reebok ireland

    · Address: Unit 10 Leopardstown Office Park, Foxrock, Dublin
    · Phone: 01 2943550

tried several times to ring but no answer

    RENAULT

not sure if Renault still sponsor Henry but here are some contact details for renault ireland

    http://www.renault.ie/contact.asp
    Phone: LoCall 1890-771-771 Email: info@renault.ie

i'll leave it up to you what you want to do with this info. the thing is with henry that he does put himself forward as a role model. read his wiki page. in light of last nights events its pretty sickening to read now. especially all the work he does with UNICEF.

i know will be contacting all of the above sponsors to register my disgust.
