Where can you park?? I know the Coombe charge 5 euro per day for their student nurses on placement but what about the Rotunda? Where, if anywhere, can you park up? Anyone??

Best ask the Rotunda. There is limited parking on site, but I imagine its oversubscribed. There is on street parking in the are that is free in the afternoons (3 hour limit) until the end of December, but I imagine its oversubscribed.

Realistically there are over 100 bus routes, trains and trams almost on the Rotunda's doorstep. How about using one of those?

yeah, rotunda not overly helpful or concerned tbh, mentioned a waiting list etc. so i think the bus etc. will be the way to go. had planned on doing the commute by car and parking nearby but can see thats unlikely now. just have to hope bus and train run do earlies and nights too... will check the routes. thanks again.

im a med student who just finished my 2 months of obs and gynae in the rotunda. theres a large waiting list to get on site parking round the back, but if you are doing nights then they let you use it as long as you get out before the day staff come in.

otherwise, theres parking in the shopping centres around jervis area (expensive)

i just used the bus because the top of O'Connell street isnt exactly the hardest place to get to
