    Hi everyone :)
Chef with 10yrs experience and started a degree (9-09), have been trying to get information from my college (unsuccessfully as most just got in on experience) about the qualifications needed to become a lecturer/tutor etc

I don't know the answer, but could you contact a college that employs lecturers in this area and ask them to put you in touch with someone? A helpful lecturer might give you some advice
