Hi, thanks for the response. I'm not exactly sure, but I am looking for more info on both part time and full time?

    Thanks

    Stephen. :)

Theres the full time two year FETAC cert in professional cookery, for more info click here

Or part time there is the 6 week gourmet cuisine evening course, for more info click here

Note the part time course didn't run there at the start of September but there enrolling for Spring which generally has a higher turn out and more likelihood that the course will run.
