Recommended Hard Drive Recorder for TV/Satellite

    Hi All,
Here's my setup. I have a Samsung flat-screen TV which takes input from both my ariel and Satellite dish. I don't have a Sky card so I'm only getting the free-to-air channels. The TV also takes input from my computer, which has XP installed.
What I'd like to do is to be able to record programmes from both the ariel and satellite inputs onto a hard drive. I'd like the recording software to be easy enough to understand. It would also be nice if I could also record these saved programmes onto DVD as well.
So, what digital hard disk recorder do you recommend for this?
Would it be worthwhile looking at a TV card?
    Thanks,
    B.
