    Hi there,

Just a question... Do I HAVE to appear in court if I've received a Subpheona to appear at aa Civil Trial?:

Ayup. Turn up at the time and place specified. You are otherwise technically liable to be arrested and brought there. If your subpoena states it is 'ad duces tecum' you may also have to bring with you all documents relevant to the proceedings - it will say this on it if so. Otherwise, just bring yourself.
