The reason your links "Coaches Available" and "Personal Trainers" etc are jumping in the links is because the navigation bar is too small for the full text in Bold. You can either use a smaller font size or widen the box.

Yea, what he said. Don't make the text bold on hover. It's never a good idea to change the size of anything in it's hover state.
