With a lot of businesses going under and some huge tax bills being left behind. In relation to the collection of this debt does anyone know if the Revenue Sheriff has the power to enter Northern Ireland to seize property which has been moved there by a debtor or the power to stop this happening?

I've thought about this one, and any answers would in effect be facilitating tax evasion.
