    Hello All!!
Could anyone tell me...is this text clear to you? I was translating it myself and I am worried about the sence in English...please help me my friends:)

Today, I sent you an invoice in regards to the cost of the repairs to the damages of the vehicle and eliminating the damage caused by your insured.
I hope for positive considering of my case and bringing it to the end. I hope as well for your fairness and keeping your word, and that we will bring it to the end without the opinion of the authority.

Upps...I am afraid there are many mistakes...

    Marta

Can you just clarify, and then we can help more easily:

Is this a letter or an email or a text message?
Is it to an insurance company?
If it is a letter, are you sending the invoice with the letter?

    Hello, Hello!!

I have sent the invoice by post already. But I would like to send an email as well to the insurance company to let them know about this. (That the invoice is on its way...)

    ....;P

Ok. I suggest you amend as follows. I hope it captures your meaning. And good luck!

Today (Yesterday?) I sent you an invoice for the cost of repairing the damages that were caused to the vehicle by your insured.

I hope for a positive consideration of my case and a speedy conclusion. I also hope that you will treat the claim fairly and honour your earlier commitment that we resolve the matter without the need to refer to an outside authority.
