keyboard and Mouse for PS3

    Anyone hook up a keyboard and mouse to a PS3 to play FPS like COD?There is a adapter called Max shooter for 53 euro anyone use this?

    It works but it doesn't feel like a computer FPS no matter how much you tweak the settings. The field of view on console games is much closer as the average console gamer sits on a couch etc not a few cm from their screen as a PC so it will be disorientating. The actual movement of your mouse will be nothing at all like PC. Console games(Even games which are also on PC) are designed to be played with analog thumbsticks not mice, they have acceleration e.t.c. which would completely through you off.

    Its not worth the money to be honest! PS3 games designed to be able to use a mouse and keyboard like Unreal 3 however work perfectly as the developers have a different control profile which makes it act just a pc.
    I don't know how the control settings are set on the PS3 version of MW2 but if there was a way to turn off acceleration e.t.c. then it would act exactly as the PC version if you plug in a mouse and keyboard.
