baby video monitor with web cam

    Getting the last bits and bobs before the impending arrival. One of the things we've to get is a video baby monitor but i'm looking for one that also can stream the picture over the web. I'd think it would be cool to be able to check in on things at home via the web once i have to go back to work.

    When i started looking i was quite surprised at the scarcity of such devices!

    Disadvantage is it doesnt have a handheld monitor like normal now ip compatible solutions

    Definitely very hard to find over here. I know cocoon childcare have a system like that in place where parents can see the children on the web. might be handy to give them a ring and see what they use.
