i wonder if anyone can help me with this?

i received a letter last week telling me about how much money i will be receiving (although it was so hard to understand it took me ages to decode this message lol)

today i received a cheque in the post for money i was owed while my claim was being processed. it says that that money is for up until 10th november , so my thinking is that i should be starting to get my cheques from this week then , am i right in thinking this?

i havent actually receieved anything telling me when i need to sign on and when to collect money, should i receive something telling me this or what? im worried about missing my first cheque as that would be disasterous!

    thanks :)
