magnifying glass question

    hi, supposng you're loking at something with a magnifying glass it looks bigger and the stuff outside the magnifying glass remains the same size. So some of what you would see will be missing right? The part at the edge wouldnt be visible. But what would it look like if you were trapped inside a spherical magnifying glass? Everything couldnt get bigger because nothing could be missing because its spherical. So would it just look the same as normal? Is it therefore imossible to make a spherical magnifying glass?

    Everything would look the same as normal from the inside(assuming uniform thickness of the wall). Looking through it from the outside at something else outside (i.e. on the far side) it would be magnified.

    Dead easy to make a spherical magnifying glass.
