Hi, Just wondering whats your toughts on this car. Is there any issues I should know about? I was looking at this one. http://cars.donedeal.ie/for-sale/cars/1051983. Would you say thats the average price? Its just for an everyday runaround from and to work.

Agreed! theres a rule of thumb regarding buying motors, never at night or in the rain, simply you can't see and body scratches or bashes in the clear coat etc.

Overall a great car but a tad pricey considering what can be bought for similiar money, walk away

Depends really on what your looking for, the A3 is a cracking car but really only a badge and as it gets older you'll find parts are expensive. Is a great drive though so depends on yourself, ask yourself what the A3 achieves that other cars do not then compare it to other hatchbacks of similiar spec. you'll no doubt find that you can easily secure a far better and newer motor for the same money so again why buy the A3.

However all that said you will be one dumb motherf8cker if you part with your hard earned cash just over a month before all these cars will be one year older and a couple of grand cheaper!
