Does anyone know where you would buy mutton cloth/stockinette or ribbing?
I've tried Hickeys, but they don't have it...
    =(

I think you may mean Muslin, not Mutton. You can get Muslin in small pieces or rolls in supermarkets, DIY shops or janitorial suppliers. If you need metres or yards of it I've no idea who supplies that amount. If you really mean Mutton, I'm sorry, never heard of it. Unless it is the string netting you find around meat in which case I'd say suppliers to butchers perhaps?

Many thanks. If i recall correctly uts called mutton clith. I use it to polish my car. It gives a great long lasting shine to it and irs earier to polush in and out. Usual foubd in car parts shops but dew stock it niw?and its quite expensive for the amount u get.

I see. I don't do much polishing on my car :o but years ago I used to use Chamois for cleaning windows but it was supplied in scraps at that time and expensive.

Oh this is an old thread resurrected! I would suggest Murphy Sheedy fabric shop between Grafton and Georges streets. I used it years ago in cheese making :)

Nah, Murphy Sheehys has gone posh, not nearly as much fun as it used to be.
