next grant payment?

    hi i received my first grant payment in October, anyone know about second payment is it usually before or after Xmas?i am getting grant from sligo co co. cheers

    I got my first grant payment in October, and got my second one yesterday so I guess it varies from VEC.

    Mine was paid via Galway City VEC btw.

    I am doing a level 8.I got my first payment in October, I got mt grant from Fingal anyone know when next payment is due?

    Did any Donegal first years get the first County Council payment, yet?
    I've heard a rumour that the grants office is closed this week, because they are paying the grants, but I don't know how accurate that is?

    I emailed wicklow county council last week and they said the second payment will be sent out the first week of January.

    Wow, that is quick..I remeber last year I got the cheques in October and December (didnt collect them until february..I didnt know how the grant worked and so had no idea about getting the money..quite a relief at the time though)..Havent got a second payment yet, i'd say it'll be january.
