    here's the timetable, it includes both the Combatsports Centre (Ger Healy's place) and Munster BJJ, as there both under the one roof

    Day Room 7pm, 8pm, 9pm,

    Mon. 1 Men’s Fitness, Advance BJJ, Advance BJJ,
    Mon. 2 CM-Box fit, Intro CMD Boxing,

    Tue. 1 Advance BJJ, Intro BJJ
    Tue. 2 Men’s Fitness, Advance CMD MMA, Advance CMD MMA,
